Tunstall Announcement

Tunstall announces that after 8 years with the company and 5 years as CEO, James Buckley is stepping down and leaving the business. James, however, remains a significant investor in the company and is committed to the future success of Tunstall. He leaves behind him a strong company and management team that leads the world in Telehealthcare solutions. With immediate effect Malcolm Miller becomes Executive Chairman while the Board searches for a new Chief Executive Officer.

The Board takes this opportunity to extend its sincere thanks to James. James joined the company in 2001 and has guided the successful development of the company through overseas expansion, product development and the sale of the company to Charterhouse in March 2008.

Charterhouse is in full support of the company's goals and strategic aims and remains both excited and confident about its prospects. The world of health and social care is going through fundamental changes as the population grows older and the cost of care increases. Tunstall provides flexible Telecare solutions which are transforming the lives of carers and the people they care for by efficiently supporting and enhancing their health, independence and well being.
