PNC6.2 - the future of monitoring software is here

PNC6.2 offers all the benefits of the well established PNC6 call monitoring and management system from Tunstall, with the addition of a valuable new and unique Case Manager tool along with improved reporting functions.

New features of PNC6.2 include:

  • Case Manager - a facility to link all the activities and events relating to a single case. This enables operators to ensure all activities are followed through and completed. Milestones are created along the route and reporting can provide management information to ensure adherence to SLA relating to cases. 
  • Operator Evaluation Software - the ability to retrospectively monitor the number of calls handled by each operator during the month to enable conformance to TSA code of pratice requirements.
  • Improvements to reporting functions - this upgrade facilitates new standard reports through additional reference fields and CSV output to enable manipulation of data as required.
  • Call Stack Promotion - dynamic call prioritising, based on configurable rules, to assist in keeping on top of SLA response times.

USB TAPIT Programming Interface

USB Taptit

The USB TAPIT programming interface provides a simplified method of configuring Lifeline 400, 4000, 4000+, Lifeline Connect and Connect+ home units using a laptop or PC, rather than at the monitoring centre or by using a telephone keypad.

The USB TAPIT connects directly from a computer USB socket to the Aux socket on the Lifeline home unit. The following software packages are available to download from the Tunstall website www.tunstall.co.uk/downloadcentre

  • TAPIT+ software for programming the Lifeline 400, 4000 and 4000+
  • PC Connect software for programming the Lifeline Connect and Lifeline Connect+

Once a unit has been configured, the programming file can be saved and then recalled as many times as required, therefore allowing a large number of units to be programmed using the same file, quickly and easily.
